Personal Best Times – refer to the accompanying spreadsheets – download and use the template relevant to your age group.
Correct Stoke Techniques – download separate file.
Dry Land Exercises – download separate file.
Dry Land Warm Up – when a pool is not available – download separate file.
If used consistently by the swimmer and assisted by the parents, a swimmer can see improvements in their sport.
